And so the tale begins, for Aloix Borel.... The brother to Aymeric Borel.....
Ishgard
Home. That's what Ishgard was to him. A place where he was born and raised in the noble house of Borel. The winds could bite at your flesh. The chill could pierce ones armor. The cold was a constant. Yet it was home.
Sibling Rivalry
However, his twin brother Aymeric was the one whom obtained the spotlight. It was he whom most looked to and for when needing to find one of the siblings. As for him? He did his best to helping his homeland. To defending it against the dravanian horde. Yet they loved one another. Yet where he admired his brothers skills at negotiations and politics. Aymeric admired him for his wanderlust and prowess in battle. Always seeming to one up him when it came to combat itself.
Yet soon the threat of the Garleans would grow. The might of Ishgard would be needed. With his brother Aymeric governing and handling the political parts of the war. Aloix set out to lead the charge. Many of their knights coming with him in the fight against Garlemald. And so a toast was given as the two shared a meal.
War...
War was unending. A threat that Eorzea had faced before. The tyranny of Garlemald seeking to clutch hold the nation as their own. Yet this time? This time Ishgard would be at their side. Would rise up for the fight. With Aloix there at the head.
His story continues...
The dravanian horde brokered a peace. The Garleans being pushed out of Ala Mhigo. To freeing Doma of the Garlean rule. Lands far and wide traveled. His wanderlust yet sated. Where adventure awaited, he'd be there. Roaming the lands and sea seeking it. For the future was still ripe for the taking. And he looked forward to what it would bring.
